GETTING RIPPED

In a continued effort to always develop and enhance our physiques, I’ve found that there is a way that we can lose weight and at least maintain, if not gain lean muscle mass through the Cyclical Ketogenic Diet.

This diet has become very popular amongst natural bodybuilders. I’ve found this diet to be the best one around if you like eating “junk food”.  What I’m saying is that this diet is based on the complete absence of carbohydrates and the consumption of fat and protein. This lasts for about five and a half days and then what is called supercompensation of carbs follows.

The diet is loosely based on The Atkins Diet, which I’m sure many people are familiar with.  The difference is the ramping up the carbs on the weekends.

A gentleman by the name of Marc McManus also has  a plan that he uses to accomplish this with his clients time and time again.  He lives in Ireland and is personal trainer.  He states and promises that with his program, anybody can lose the desired weight they want within about six weeks.

Mark runs a forum on the web called musclehack.com and it is geared to all things muscle including, but not limited to diet, body recomposition, muscle growth, recipes, and much more.  He has also written a book called Total Six Pack Abs.
